Can I cancel or modify my preorder?

No cancellations or modifications. Once an order has been placed, you cannot modify or cancel under any circumstances. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order.

What's the difference between wavy and curly textures?

Wavy Hair: Features loose, natural S-shaped waves. Perfect for a relaxed hairstyles and extremely versatile. 

Curly Hair: Has tighter, more defined spiral curls. Ideal for adding volume and bounce. 

Which texture is best for me?

What's the difference between Indian and Cambodian hair?

Indian Hair: Naturally silky with a medium texture. Holds curls well and blends beautifully with most hair types. Slightly finer strands.

Cambodian Hair: Coarser texture with more body and volume. Extremely durable and long-lasting. Perfect for those who want thicker, fuller-looking hair.

What length should I choose?

We offer 18" to 26" lengths. Consider:

• 18"-20": Shoulder to collarbone length, natural everyday look
• 22"-24": Mid-back length, glamorous and versatile
• 26": Waist length, maximum drama and volume
• The longer you go in length, the more bundles you need to purchase. 

How do I prepare my extensions before first wear?

Before installing:

• Gently detangle hair from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb
• Co-wash with sulfate-free conditioner to refresh the hair
• Allow hair to air dry completely before installation

How do I wash my extensions?

Frequency: Wash every 7-10 days or as needed

Products: Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner

Method:

1. Detangle hair gently before washing
2. Apply shampoo to scalp and roots, gently massaging
3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, allowing water to flow downward
4. Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends, avoiding the wefts
5. Leave conditioner for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with cool water
6. Gently squeeze out excess water (never wring or twist)

Can I use heat styling tools?

Yes! Always use heat protectant spray and keep heat tools at 350°F or below. Our raw hair can handle heat styling just like your natural hair.

Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. Always start from the ends and work your way up to the roots. Never brush wet hair aggressively.

No, we currently ship within the United States only. Shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on the method selected.

What is your return policy?
